Heather is the Head of our Private Wealth division, overseeing a multifaceted role that encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities. Her expertise extends to all aspects of Residential Property, specialising in the intricacies of property transactions, including the buying and selling of properties, offering guidance to both individual clients and corporations on leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Additionally, she excels in handling all Private Client matters, such as Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Estate and Trust Management.
Heather’s educational journey took her to Keele University, and she completed her LPC at the University of Law Guildford, earning her qualification as a Solicitor in 2014. Her journey led her to become a Director at her previous firm, where she collaborated closely with Natasha Lewis, before joining the Lewis Denley team in 2018.
A highly seasoned property lawyer, Heather has played a pivotal role in the expansion of Lewis Denley’s Property Department. Her fervent commitment to efficiency and service excellence has ingrained within the team a culture and set of streamlined processes that consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Heather’s reputation precedes her, with satisfied clients frequently recommending our team, thanks to her understanding of the significance of cultivating strong relationships with clients. In her leisure time, Heather finds solace in practicing yoga and taking leisurely walks with her loyal companion, Murphy, a black Labrador. However, her greatest joy comes from nurturing her bright and inquisitive young son.
