Heather Gaffney is Head of Residential Property at Lewis Denley. She specialises in all areas of buying and selling properties, advising both individual clients and companies on leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Heather studied at Keele University and completed her LPC at University of Law Guildford, before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2014. She became a Director at her previous firm, where she worked alongside Natasha Lewis, before moving to Lewis Denley in 2018.
A highly experienced property lawyer, Heather has been instrumental in the growth of Lewis Denley’s Property Department. She is passionate about the importance of efficiency and excellence in service, and has built into the team a culture and set of processes that work seamlessly to deliver excellent results for clients.
The team are often recommended to new clients by local estate agents and previous clients, with Heather understanding the importance of building good relationships with agents as they are a vital ingredient in helping transactions progress smoothly to the point of exchanging contracts.
In her spare time Heather enjoys yoga and walking her dog, a black Labrador called Murphy.
