Natasha Lewis is our Managing Partner and co-owner. A highly experienced residential property lawyer, Natasha specialises in all aspects of buying and selling property – including leasehold and lease extensions and transferring ownership.
As a newly qualified property lawyer she quickly spotted a gap in the market for a forward-thinking, client-focused law firm and founded Lewis Denley alongside Colin Secomb in 2017, with the core aim of delivering specialist, bespoke legal advice to individuals and businesses.
Natasha has particular expertise in new build properties for large developments, including those that fall under the Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes. She is a recommended panel solicitor for large housebuilders in the South East, including Thakeham and Berkeley Homes.
Natasha studied at the University of Surrey, and post-qualification she worked in the residential department at an award-winning Surrey firm prior to founding Lewis Denley.
Natasha is passionate about the future of female talent, regardless of their background, and in her spare time volunteers as a Mentor with The Girls’ Network, helping to support and develop young girls through education and guidance.
She also holds a voluntary position with Coast to Capital as an Enterprise Advisor, working with the leadership of schools and colleges to develop effective careers for young people and enterprise strategies for effecting change in the education system.
