Sara is a seasoned Family Law Solicitor with over 20 years of experience, she has built her career on serving a diverse range of clients, including medium and high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and public sector workers.

With a wealth of experience, Sara has held Head of Department roles in London and has transitioned into a successful consulting career outside of the capital. Sara now works as part of our family law team after joining us in 2023. Her expertise lies in negotiating and drafting various legal agreements, including pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships. She is also well-versed in handling financial proceedings, applications in relation to domestic abuse, and property disputes. Sara is adapt at dealing with matters relating to children, including those that involve international elements.

Sara believes in the importance of resolving matters outside of court whenever possible. She strives to negotiate and settle disputes in the first instance, aiming to save her clients both costs and stress associated with formal court proceedings. Sara adopts a constructive approach to problem-solving, always seeking amicable solutions, but is prepared to take a robust stance when necessary to protect her clients’ interests.

In her spare time, Sara enjoys spending as much time at the yard and riding as work permits, and de-stressing with yoga.
