Carrie is an Associate Solicitor specialising in commercial property transactions within the Real Estate team at Lewis Denley. With a robust background in this field, Carrie brings a wealth of experience to her role. Carrie’s expertise extends to a diverse range of property matters, where she consistently delivers exceptional service to a wide array of clients. Her clientele includes landlords, tenants, developers, lenders and landowners.

Carrie completed her training contract with Lewis Denley in 2021 whilst studying for her LPC and obtaining a masters degree in law and business.

• Acquisition of £3.2m commercial premises in West Sussex and development finance of the same premises to fund its conversion into 35 residential apartments.
• Acquisition of £3.5m commercial premises in West Sussex and advising on s106 planning agreement for conversion into 68 residential flats.
• Acting for a developer on 14 plot sales in the South East with the accumulated sale price of £4.5m.
