A residential property specialist with over 20 years’ experience, Petra joined the growing Lewis Denley team in 2020.

She is skilled and highly experienced in all aspects of residential property work, from assisting first time buyers to more complex title restructuring and portfolio investments. Petra looks after leasehold and freehold matters, those involving shared ownership, help to buy schemes, new build, transfers of equity, probate, attorney and deputy sales. She has additional expertise in listed property, land sales and purchases, as well as lease extensions, deeds of easement, re-mortgages and matrimonial transfer.

Born and bred in Sussex, Petra has built a reputation for her friendly, approachable and proactive approach. Her longstanding specialism in residential property work means she has a real understanding of how moving home can impact clients emotionally, and Petra’s aim is to reduce this stress and support clients to help their transaction progress as smoothly as is possible.

Petra is also a Notary Public. Of more than 140,00 qualified solicitors in the country she is one of only 800 who is qualified to authenticate documents for use abroad, for both individuals and companies.

Outside of work Petra enjoys running around after her young child, walking, fencing, and reading a good book. She is also a keen sails woman and regularly races with her dad in his wanderer dingy.
