Genevieve, an exceptional professional with a background in South African law, embarked on her journey with Lewis Denley in 2021 as a Completion and Registrations Administrator. Despite the inherent differences between South African and UK law, Genevieve’s unwavering commitment has seen her rise through the ranks to become a valued Paralegal within our Residential Property Team.

Genevieve is a registered attorney with the South African Law Society, signifying her full qualification as a solicitor in South Africa. Holding two Law Degrees from the University of Pretoria, namely a BLC and LLB, Genevieve completed her training contract in June 2000 and achieved admission as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa in 2001 after successfully passing her Attorneys Board Exams.

Genevieve’s transition from South Africa to the United Kingdom was driven by her passion for the legal profession. Her dedication to understanding the nuances of UK residential property law set her on a path to success.

Today, Genevieve plays a pivotal role in our Residential Property Team, expertly managing the buying and selling process while ensuring all relevant documents are handled with precision. Her commitment to facilitating seamless transactions for our clients is truly commendable.

Outside of her legal role, Genevieve showcases her creativity through sewing, designing her own clothing. Her passion for fashion is a testament to her artistic flair and eye for detail.

Genevieve is not only a professional powerhouse but also a dedicated mother who has poured her heart into raising her talented and kind children.
