Heather Gaffney leads our Real Estate team, bringing extensive experience across all aspects of property law. She specialises in handling residential property transactions, including buying and selling homes, remortgages, transfers of equity, and both leasehold and freehold matters. Her depth of knowledge ensures clients receive clear, practical guidance throughout every stage of the transaction.

Heather studied Law at Keele University and completed her LPC at the University of Law, Guildford, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2014. She went on to become a Director at her previous firm, working closely with Natasha Lewis, before joining Lewis Denley in 2018. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s Residential Property department, establishing efficient processes that ensure smooth, timely, and successful outcomes for clients. Heather is currently studying to become a Notary Public and is due to qualify in 2027.

Known for her commitment to excellent service, Heather prioritises strong client relationships, keeping clients informed at every step of their property journey. Her reputation for reliability and professionalism means she is frequently recommended by satisfied clients, reflecting the high standards she sets for the team.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys practicing yoga, taking walks with her black Labrador Murphy, and spending quality time with her young children, who bring her the greatest joy.
