Leading South-East law firm Lewis Denley has announced the arrival of a new specialist property lawyer to strengthen its growing team.

In July, specialist property solicitor Mabelline Appiah joined Lewis Denley from a Nationwide firm following a steady increase of property work during and following, the Covid-19 lockdown period.

There are further growth plans in place for the Residential Property team – which specialises in all aspects of property including new builds, buy to let, shared ownership, help to buy, retirement homes and agricultural land – with additional new team members set to join in late 2020

Mabelline said:

“I was attracted to Lewis Denley as a result of their excellent reputation and strong ambition to excel in the UK’s property market. As panel solicitors to large developers including Barratt Homes and Berkeley Homes, the team is trusted and respected. As a lawyer, those two things are incredibly important and supporting clients from that basis is so rewarding. I am thrilled to be joining at an exciting stage in the firm’s growth”.

Natasha Lewis, Managing Director, said:

“It is impossible to ignore the impact Covid-19 has had on individuals and businesses alike, however we are thrilled that our reputation for excellence in property work has stood us in such good stead as the market continually improves. Our growing case-load, and the confidence our new-home developer partners have in Lewis Denley, has allowed us to expand the team. We are thrilled that Mabelline has joined us”.
