Harry is a solicitor in our Real Estate team at Lewis Denley, where he advises on a broad spectrum of commercial matters including Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, and Corporate transactions.

Harry has acted on a variety of high-value and complex matters, including the acquisition and disposal of development sites, negotiating strategic option and promotion agreements, and advising on secured lending transactions. He regularly works alongside commercial agents on strategic acquisitions and disposals, helping clients unlock and enhance the value of their real estate portfolios.

Harry graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Kent in 2018 and completed the Legal Practice Course with a Master’s degree at BPP Law School in Holborn, London. His early career included valuable experience at a leading international law firm in London, where he developed a commercial, solutions-driven approach to legal problem-solving. He completed his training contract with Lewis Denley in 2023 and has since continued to grow his expertise in the commercial sector.

Known for his commercial awareness, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive communication style, Harry is committed to delivering responsive, pragmatic, and tailored advice. He builds strong relationships with clients, ensuring their strategic objectives are met with precision and efficiency.

Recent work highlights include:

  • Acted for FrieslandCampina on the leasehold acquisition of its new flagship London office, a complex transaction involving extensive landlord negotiations and was featured in UK News Group.
  • Advised a developer on the acquisition of a high street bank with residential units above and subsequent development finance for multiple flats in Greater London. This included negotiating a facility agreement and legal charges over multiple leasehold titles, coordinating with the lender’s solicitors to meet tight funding deadlines.
  • Supported high-growth retail chains on their lease expansion programmes in both London and the South East.
  • Successfully negotiated and completed multiple option agreements with neighbouring landowners as part of a proposed development site in East London.
  • Assisting with multiple site set ups and subsequent plot sales on behalf of developers in the South East.
  • Managing the restructure and transfer of a family property portfolio worth just under £15 million which included granting new leases.
