Lewis Denley was pleased to recently act in the share sale of local land referencing company Persona Associates to the listed global company Gateley (holdings) PLC.
Persona Associates has been servicing national clients from its Horsham premises for over 30 years and has an outstanding reputation in the land referencing and infrastructure industry, making it ideal acquisition for Gateley. The acquisition will provide Persona’s staff a reliable and promising future with the scope for Persona to expand now increased exponentially.
It was an emotional transaction for Persona’s (former) director and shareholder, having started to build Persona from the ground up 30 years ago.
The Lewis Denley commercial law team, led by the Managing Partner Colin Secomb, were proud to work with the shareholders in such a monumental achievement.
Shares in Gateley were up 0.6% at 167.75 on 30th July 2019.
